Enter the village of Hemingby from the A158, with the Coach and Horses pub on your right and the church straight ahead. The road bends 90 degrees to the left, follow it around and then 50 metres straight ahead there is another corner to the right, before you go around the corner, take the left hand turn, signposted a dead-end and to Bainvalley Cottages. Go over the cattle grid and keep coming along the drive, take the left bend down to the cottages.
